I made an appointment to have my brake rotors/disc replaced. On the day I scheduled my car services- it ended up raining. Willie checked in, moved my appointment, and continued to communicate through out the day until he was able to come work on my car. Though Chuck was not able to fix my problem because he did not have the tools to diagnose the issue, which he did explain to me on the phone, he did educate me on the issue and did confirm I have a fuel leak. The previous mechanic from another shop told me there was no leak. He felt bad that I had to pay the service fee, but I told him it was worth it just to have a second opinion and he at least showed me where the issue was located. Appreciate Chuck’s honesty and knowledge.
