Robert is good or even better than the other reviews. He does not only solve your problem but he ensures that your car is at its best before he leaves. He tries very hard to make your car perfect. When parts are not available he will try to make it. I regret very much not to hive him a tip when he left. It seems that Robert has a very busy schedule. Perhaps, his devotion to perfection takes extra time and make him a little bit late on schedule.

Shaun did an excellent job! I needed an 80k miles maintenance service and since the service was expensive, I wanted to just get an oil change and get his opinion on what services were needed within the long list of Mercedes recommended services. I handed him the keys and went back to my office. He finished the service within the allotted time and let me know what services I needed with a detailed report of my fluid levels, etc. All of this and the time needed from me - no more than a couple minutes of handing the key and taking it back after the service. Convenience at its best!

As he was during his first visit, Chris was excellent, as expected. Unfortunately, fixing this problem exposed a secondary problem that needs repair. Cris took the time to explain it all fully and show us proof of the problem. As he is going on vacation, he offered to have another mechanic assigned to get the repair done sooner. After thinking it over, we decided to go ahead and wait until he gets back, since we already know the quality of his work and trust him. Fortunately, our driving needs are minor and we have a second car to use in the interim. We hope he has a great vacation and look forward to seeing him back on the 15th.
