Pardeep, after quickly diagnosing starting issues with my car, offered me with fixing them in the next 20 minutes. Though I only booked an appointment for diagnosing and missed to book one for fixing, he himself booked a follow up appointment, got all parts needed and quickly fixed them within the said time. A great point I want to call out here is, not only fixing the actual issue, he also suggested and offered to replace my air filters (which is very important these days!) and with complementary 50 point inspection, he also fixed other issues so that my car gets into good shape. I highly recommend him!

Pardeep went above and beyond in helping my car get diagnosed! He arrived earlier than appointment time, (with care for others wearing masks!), got my keys and gave me a 30 mins estimate for diagnosing. This really helped as I could get back to work and plan accordingly without interruption. Within 30 mins, he called back with what is going on and offered me with fixing them in the next 20 minutes (though I only booked an appointment for diagnosing and missed to book one for fixing!). Awesome service, thank you so much! At the end of the service he told me of all of the other issues he noticed with my car that I didn't know about - radiator fan always on, thinning brake pads, possible engine oil leak...yup, pretty embarrassing. But Whitney was very professional about it, and even prepared me with a summary with all of this information - really appreciate that extra mile he went!

He didn't mind me looking over his shoulder and explained any questions I had. I not only had the convenience of him coming to me, but I also learned stuff about my car. Learned where the injectors were, what additives were for, and what was going on with the car with the engine light. Perhaps not everyone would be interested, but for me, I tend to like to know what's going on.

Jason was great, he actually took off $200 from our estimate as some of at any dealership, they would have found ways to charge unlimited $ more and still not be fully done.. these guys are just good, the car stays at your house, you know they are working on nothing but your vehicle and they explain everything in "plain english"...

I have had a wonderful experience with Your Mechanic Mark Lenhart. Car would not start so it was at my house and I could not drive it. I made an appointment and Mark arrived Friday, on time to diagnose the problem which he did. He was very professional and cordial. The appointment was made for Monday to fix the problem. He got parts on Friday and returned Monday. He replaced the starter in about 1/2 hour, he had removed the old one on friday. It was a unique experience to have a qualified Mechanic working on your car at your home.

Ken changed timing belt, and install brake shoe. He also performed oil change. Everything was ahead of schedule.
