Pardeep is both competent and friendly. I intended to replace pads and rotors front + back. However, Pardeep advised me to only replace the front as the back still had 80% left. In addition to the scheduled works, Whitney took the time listening my concern about oil leak and showed me valve gasket could be the cause. At the same time he found some loose bolts that may also attribute to the leaks. He tightened up the bolts and kindly recommend me continue to observe if situation remains without any hard pressure on me to replace the valve gasket. It's a great car service experience.

Mark was punctual and friendly. He replaced the engine mount on my Audi A4. The only hiccup was that the mount that I purchased myself the mount was not the same as the original part (but compatible). I imagine that a mechanic with more experience with this model would have noticed this before the install so that I could exchange the part.

Diagnostic was great. The issue I have is that the time from going onto your website to have a fixed car is FAR longer than if I had brought it to a shop. too long between website signup to diagnostic appointment, and then too long between diagnostic appointment to service appointment.
