He was very professional and very efficient. He finished under the estimated time initially quote to me it would take. I will be replacing the serpentine belt next as he advised. The windshield wiper blades I replaced at Auto Zone already. I will be having my tires balanced and aligned in a brick and mortar shop first since Daniel rotated my tires today. Andrew showed me pictures of issues with my car that should have been previously been known to me from my appointment with Daniel on Oct. 15th if he had actually done a 15-50 point inspection. i don’t feel i should have to pay for my service with Andrew on Oct 21st because I should been advised by Daniel previously. Again, I should not have to pay for my appointment from Oct. 21st.
