The alternator went out on my car and was replaced by Your Mechanic, then within about a week it went out again. (I have since heard that it is not all that uncommon for an alternator to go out shortly after being replaced). Your Mechanic fully honored the warranty, and Michael came out and replaced it in a very timely manner, at no charge. I was also not charged for the inspection performed to be sure that the problem was indeed the alternator. Michael arrived on time, was professional, friendly and courteous and installed a new alternator. My car is now running just fine. I would highly recommend Michael and Your Mechanic.

Michael was very good. Very receptive to concerns. I have [currently as of this review] two issues with my car that I consider are repeated from previous auto shops and I plan on booking Michael for issues that come up earlier than one would expect. Someone well seasoned will probably have a better idea as to how I could maybe prolong these obnoxiously redundant issues through better craft. He also showed up 30 minutes early and at my car waiting for me. If you're on the exact time, you're late. Michael was early, which means he was on time.

The experience I had with Matt diagnosing my car and fixing it was very good. He was very focused on the problem he diagnosed and didn't look for other things that could have been wrong to get more services out of me. I asked him a lot of questions and I'm a little mechanically inclined so I listened very carefully. He's very smart and crafted at what he does. He was very practical in my goals I was trying to achieve. He was very respectful of my concerns and ensured whatever needed to be done that it would get done. He delivered without disappointment. My car would not start, and I had to had it towed home. Matthew arrived on time, was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. The problem was in the wiring, and although it took nearly 2 hours to locate and fix the problem, he only charged me the $70 inspection fee. It is obvious he loves what he does and is very good at it. I have had 2 other positive experiences with Your Mechanic, and will not ever take my car elsewhere for service. It is such a convenience having them come to your home, and also give such good service for a reasonable price.
