Prompt and professional. Tien contacted me earlier in the day to let me know he could arrive earlier than my original appointment if I desired. He conducted a thorough inspection, identified the reason for my check-engine-light warning - and then he sent me two separate quotes for repairs. That's the only reason I'm not giving five stars, because I had to make an appointment for those repairs to be done and it's not clear that all the repairs will be done at the same time because I received two separate email quotes and could only make an appointment for one. (I certainly hope so!) I've had a lot of adventures over the years with this old truck. If Tien can keep her running happily, I will be delighted to use his services again.

He just left and was very professional, fast and above all honest about what needed to be done. He let me know that a specific list item on my tuneup wasn't needed and took the price off of the total as well as found me a coupon code to get me a better price since I let him know money was an issue for me. I don't know yet about the warranty coverage since I haven't yet had to use it, but am pleased so far. I wouldn't hesitate to call Alfred back if I needed work done.

Jose came through and did a great job after a prior mechanic improperly installed the serpentine/drive belt on my SUV when replacing the alternator. Jose is knowledgeable and honest. He saved me some money by telling me I booked unneeded services and did just what I needed. He also has the same kind of car as me and understands not every car needs the same routines at the same times, and gave me some advice about my prius battery.
