Great. Thorough as always. I first used Stefan when I owned a Land Rover. My new car is a Mini, and yet Stefan was just as knowledgeable about both cars. He's good at explaining what he's doing and giving you the lowdown on any potential issues your car may have. My mom was here today during the service.
