Well, although I did explain the nature of the job, I think I misused the system. I scheduled a headlamp upgrade, not a repair. The mechanic was still willing to do the job and did so with the utmost professionalism. He was on time, presentable, and polite. I will absolutely use them again, for repairs.

Derrick came and was very professional. He picked up the keys from me and showed me the new parts he was going to use for the car. He took pictures of his work and showed me any other issues of the car that may need to be checked out. He did everything in a timely manner and answered any questions I had.
