Jose was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose my issue in a matter of minutes. He provided great service and had my car running in no time.

Jose explained why I didn't really need to replace my alternator but instead replace my battery because it was not holding a charge even. He also checked fluids, tires, etc. He seemed very knowledgeable and his explanation was very clear. I appreciated getting the info that way. I wouldn't have gotten that clear of an explanation from mechanics at a service station because most service stations don't allow customers in the work area.

Very articulate concerning the problems with the car, the fixes made or could not be made, and recommendations.

Amazing work

Jose Did a Great job. He Showed up on time and was very helpful talking me through the repair process. I was worried because i had tried to do this repair myself.. unsuccessfully and had 2 other mechanics try as well and all of us only tasted defeat. But when Jose came to the same place that stumped the rest of us he was able to find the problem and get it corrected. He also took the extra time to set my pedal engagement so my clutch feel was just right. I have had my truck since 14,000 miles and it now has 180,000 and this is the best my clutch pedal has ever been. I appreciate all the work he put in and for talking me through the repair so i can be successful the next time try on one of my projects

The experience was fine

Jose was great! He really took the time to show me things and to help m purchase a car. I don’t know a thing about cars but with the advice and experience that Jose gave me I felt very confident on buying the car at a right price and I would not have done that without Jose. Jose provided a pre-purchased inspection. Jose arrived early for the appointment and took very good notes of the car. He provided many photos from many angles which was great, as I was able to see crucial parts of the car. He was also very informative about certain aspects of the cars visual appearance and it's mechanical capability. Overall an excellent mechanic, and I would definitley book him again.
