Both Juan and I were VERY disappointed that you provided the wrong oil. The specs specify Castrol Edge, and the picture when I ordered the service showed Castrol Edge. I was provided what I consider an inferior Mobile 1 oil. This is the second time you team has ordered the wrong oil. Juan was great, the rest is getting a D right now.
