This is a follow up to Whitney's visit from a couple of days ago. After he diagnosed the problem with the fuel pump, I received a quote for replacement and he discounted the quote by $80 as that was the cost of the initial inspection. When he arrived to replace the fuel pump, he noticed that the existing fuel pump was not connected properly. After rearranging the wires and insulating them with electrical tape, he took the car out for a test drive and said it did not need a new fuel pump. He then presented his bill and it was ZERO! He said he does not install parts that are not needed as he has a conscience. Needless to say, I was extremely grateful and happy. If I could rate him more than 5 stars I would!
