Tom is officially my new favorite mechanic. He came to do an oil change and tire rotation on my mother's car on a Saturday morning. He arrived at 11:00 on the dot ready to work. Very friendly guy, and we learned that he was a mechanic at Audi for about a decade. I love that he didn't talk down to my mother or me for being women, explained any issues we had and I could tell he really knew what he was doing. What a big difference from the last mechanic I had! Since the last mechanic that came left my car in a bit of a mess, I asked if Tom could take a quick look at mine as well once he was done. Being off the clock by then, he happily agreed to take a look. What an honest, great guy. On a Saturday, too! One quick look and he could tell the last mechanic didn't put my filter on right and that's why oil leaked everywhere..this is why it's important to look through reviews before booking your mechanic. I'll never use anyone but Tom! He's efficient, friendly, genuine and very good at what he does.

Erick was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He had no problem fixing the mess a previous mechanic left (last mechanic didn't put the filter on right and didn't change my drain plug gasket so oil was leaking everywhere). There was a clear difference in quality! This is how a mechanic should be. He even scrubbed down my driveway to get rid of the oil stains before he left, and communicated any other issues my car might have.

Rick was great. He called me to let me know he was slightly behind, and it didn't bother me at all. It was a late Saturday morning and I was just grateful the guy was even working. I ordered a synthetic oil change that came with a tire rotation. I think Rick was only going to do the oil change, so be sure to tell your mechanic you ordered both. He did everything he needed to do and more, with high attention to detail despite being late for his next appointment. He saw that my battery was corroded so he cleaned it off and sprayed it with sealant with me even asking him to! One thing - he left my keys in the ignition the whole time he worked (about 1.5 hours) with music on and everything. My car battery almost died. Lucky it didn't, or my review might not be so great! My car sputtered for a bit when I started my car later that day - it almost wouldn't start. All in all, due to the convenience and high level of quality, I'd definitely use this service again! Lastly, keep in mind that these mechanics are very on-the-go and probably don't get a chance to eat or drink. Offer them water and/or snacks! A happy mechanic = a happy car.
