It was a great experience with Pardeep! He was on-time, friendly, and most importantly, completed the job well (and fast)! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgable mechanic. I will book him again soon.

Pardeep was timely (in fact early), polite and friendly. His serve took about 40 minutes which was fast and convenient. The only thing that was odd was that when he arrived he told me that he could not reset my vehicle, that he didnt have that proper module or whatever you need. I was prompted by the online system to send my vehicle information in advance so it would make sense that they would send me someone who could complete the entire process without causing me to have to go visit the dealership anyway, which in turn is yet another appointment Id have to set. In the end, the notification on my vehicle seemed to be clear, we both that was good news. We shall see if it pops up again when i drive home. Pardeep was personable and friendly, I would hire him again.
