This was my first time using a mobile mechanic and I must admit I was a little worried. I was happy with Chad. He called me to let me know he was on his way. What impressed me the most was the "professionalism" in which he conducted business.....He CALLED me when he was going to come late or had issues and couldn't make it.......Time management for ME is HUGE......courtesy calls are few and far apart these days....He was very detailed in his assessment of the problem......Very knowledgeable about the vehicle and even worked late night....HE is my guy from now on!!!!!
