What impressed me the most was the "professionalism" in which he conducted business.....He CALLED me when he was going to come late or had issues and couldn't make it.......Time management for ME is HUGE......courtesy calls are few and far apart these days....He was very detailed in his assessment of the problem......Very knowledgeable about the vehicle and even worked late night....HE is my guy from now on!!!!! I work two jobs and never had time to go to the mechanic and get my car fixed. After I found Yourmechanic, it was a no brainer. After booking Chad for an engine overheating diagnostic, he came to my job and found out exactly what was wrong with my car. After telling him that I was going out of town the next day, he found a time that worked best for me so that he can ensure that me and my car made it to my destination without breaking down and fixed my car THAT NIGHT! Great service, and the man is magic with my car. Fixed the problem the first time and for about half the price that an autoshop had quoted me. I highly recommend Chad for any auto-repair!

Chad is a friendly, courteous and trustworthy mechanic. He told me that even though our local Lexus dealer suggested we replace brake pads and rotors on both front wheels of our Lexus GX470 truck only brake pads need to be replaced and he showed me why the rotors were fine. Not replacing the front brake rotors saved us $150! From now on my go to mechanic is going to be Chad..

Chad's a great mehanic. I am an avjd DIY'er and have been wrenching on my own cars for 17 years. But I've always been leery of suspension work. Chad showed up and replaced all the CV Axles using only hand tools and even taught me a few tricks. He was very polite and worked quickly. Did the job quickly and cleanly. Would definitely ask for him again and recommend to anyone without hesistation

My experience with Chad was awesome! He was very prompt and communicative! we had to reschedule several times due to weather and he contacted me first and we picked another day and when that day came he even double checked with me to make sure we were still good! He was very easy to talk to, did his work that he was supposed to, and he double checked it to make sure what he did was right! he did a great job and I am and was very pleased with everything he did! Give that man a raise!

Chad was fantastic. He worked us into his schedule in a pinch, and was communicative and helpful, and took the time to thoroughly explain his pre-purchase inspection when I asked for details about the used car we were looking at buying. . It's clear that he takes pride in the work that he does, and also values the people that he works with. He was courteous and friendly, I wish I'd known about mobile mechanic services sooner. I will definitely be checking out MyMechanic for actual service work to my *new* vehicle.

Chad got here bright and early and accomodated my crazy scheduling problems. He communicated frequently, sharing with me what he found and letting me know his next steps.
