Patrick arrived early to the appointment which was great, saved me time. He diagnosed the issue, showed me that the battery was only registering 9 volts. He had a replacement battery already with him which he exchanged with the old one and the car started right up. This as a great service and the price was reasonable considering they come to your home. This was the first time I used your service and it was a pleasure doing business with you.

Chad is a friendly, courteous and trustworthy mechanic. He told me that even though our local Lexus dealer suggested we replace brake pads and rotors on both front wheels of our Lexus GX470 truck only brake pads need to be replaced and he showed me why the rotors were fine. Excellent service done with care and knowledge. Karim knew immediately the solution upon viewing the lock assembly on the problematic locking system for this car model. He also showed me where to put my hands when closing the door and not bear down hard when shutting. I like learning how to avoid problems and not pay again for a recurring problem. The little details mean a lot. Who would do that?!!? He saved me money. I look forward to having Karim service my vehicle in the future.
