Chad went above and beyond to help me out this past weekend. After my original mechanic couldn't solve my needs, Chad offered to come work on my car after hours and on his day off. His work was efficient and professional. He took the time to explain things along the way and ensured I was aware of what he was doing along the way. He didn't have to help me out in a pinch but he did.
