Patrick was a pleasure to have as my new mechanic. He kept me posted on his arrival time and how long he was going to be under the hood replacing my alternator. Once he removed the alternator it turned out to be a little different so he left for about a half hour to get the correct one. Still finished in expected time which was a life saver because we were headed out of town 2 hours later. I had booked this appointment Christmas day and the whole job was finished by 2 o'clock the 26th! Patrick also pointed out a few leaks and hoses that need attention but didn't make it sound like we would be unsafe if we didn't do it immediately like some places do. I asked him if I could call him directly in the future and he said no I needed to go through the company and request him to be my guy. I will certainly be asking for him in the future. I also believe that I saved at least 50% by not going to my regular garage. Here it is three days later and I've told six of my friends about this Christmas miracle!
