I got into my Elantra to go to lunch, turned the key and...nothing. The dashboard lights flickered a bit, there was some clicking, but nothing else happened. Since I've used YourMechanic in the past for a previous battery problem with my Mustang, I decided to schedule an estimate to diagnose the problem since I believed it to be a battery issue. Nazareth was great. He took care of my immediate problem with my battery terminal replacement and did not try to sell me a new battery when it still wouldn't start, because he noticed that my current battery should still be under warranty and I might get it replaced at no cost if I went back to AAA. (I did & it was replaced free!) He and I agreed that I have not been taking super good care of my car, but he was never condescending or patronizing about it (both things I have experienced from mechanics in the past). He made straightforward recommendations for what I should get worked on next and answered all my questions knowledgeably. Made my day!
