My passion for cars drove me to attend Universal Technical Institute and graduated with Directors Honors. After graduation I continued my education through the Automotive Service Excellence program and the B.M.W. Masters program. Having never heard about Yourmechanic,com. I researched thoroughly to make sure the business was legitimate and that the reviews and the mechanics are real. They are, and was very impressive the quality of service we got. Chris arrived right at the time scheduled and without problems took over the car and began doing a full inspection before moving on to doing the oil change. He serviced the car and was very friendly and was happy to answer any questions we had for him and about his experience working for Yourmechanic.com. After finishing the job Chris told us what he saw and noticed during his inspection, as well as the details of the service performed on our car. I can't say much else than that we were very happy to have chosen Yourmechanic and happy that we got Chris do the job for a great first experience. We'll be definitely coming back!

I'm a "First Timer" so I was a bit apprehensive when I booked my appointment, although the reviews for YourMechanic were stellar, I'm one of those "seeing is believing" kind of skeptics. Well you can now call me a BELIEVER unequivocally! Honestly, it was as though the skies opened up and said, "Today is your lucky day...you're going to get an HONEST mechanic to fix your car!" And that's exactly what I got. Chris is not just a fantastic representative of YourMechanic, but he is also a thorough and knowledgeable mechanic who was professional, courteous and mindful of providing the best possible service he could offer. I will NEVER go back to the mechanic who diagnosed my car with a near $900 bill (MOBILITY WORKS IN VAN NUYS) after this experience rendered their recommendations unwarranted. Because I had a coupon, this first visit cost me a whopping $43.00 (for the evaluation.) I saved $857.00. I have already recommended YourMechanic (and more specifically to ask for Chris) to about 10 people in the past two hours. I can't say enough, but I won't bore you with more praise since I probably sound like I'm getting paid for this review! haha! Huge thanks to YourMechanic and Chris Whiteman!
