Professional and knowledgeable

Alfred was great. He was professional, knew just what to do. Went to work. Said it would take him 2 hours and he did it in an hour 1:45 minutes. Alfred was clean courteous and put all the trash except for the old parts in the trash. The old parts he gave back to me at my request. When I consider how Alfred did, I may never go to another shop again.

Alfred replaced the battery in my BMW X5. Everything was done quickly and professionally. I had some other questions about this car, and Alfred kindly advised me on them. I am very satisfied with the result. Highly recommend!
