James was very thorough and explained everything in detail. He saw that my brakes and rotors were fine and showed me. He also took a ride with me to get a better understanding of why I thought my brakes were slipping. It actually was one of the wheels causing the vibration not my brakes or rotors. I would highly recommend James and have done so with several of my friends. They will be giving Your Mechanic a call for their car service needs. Terrance is honestly the man. He arrived on time, got to work quickly and made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way. He did it extremely fast and made sure nothing was a surprise. I also liked the fact he made the time enjoyable with polite conversation.
