He's a pro. We'd have been up the creek with someone less experienced. The job was a lot more complex than I anticipated (my car's all-wheel-drive and rear seat A/C made a lot more disassembly necessary than I'd expected to get at the high pressure power steering hose he came to replace). The weather was poor, but Ronnie brought the right part, knew how to do this complex job, and did it right.

Terrance was absolutely amazing and fixed my car in a timely manner with pretty short notice. My alternator died at 9pm at night and I was able to schedule an appointment the next day at 11am to get it replaced without having to have my car towed anywhere. Terrance was right on time and worked quickly and effectively. Not to mention that the charges were significantly less than any auto repair shop that I would have found. Overall great work from an amazing guy and company! Will definitely be using this service again!

Franky made time to squeeze me in at the end of the day Friday,(he could have easily went home after his last job, and came Sat when the appointment was scheduled). It was cold, windy, and getting dark, but I don't think he ever stopped smiling! He changed the alternator and sent a quote over for a pulley I need to have repaired. He explained everything thoroughly, and told me what could wait. He was professional, honest, and pleasant. He saved me a ton of money, time, and stress. Even when learning I need to change a pulley, asap, the smiling helped! Lol! I will definitely use his services again, and recommend him to everyone I know! THANKS FRANKY!
