I've saved $519 today by having Martin work on my car. He was patient, allowing me to ask questions and I was able to interject steps from the Bentley manual without him getting irritated. I am a BMW enthusiast and like to be hands-on. He noticed things about my car the prior mechanic didn't. The A/C drive belt was in bad shape, he sent me to get another to install (at no charge). I asked him if he enjoys what he does and he said, "yes." It's hard to find a mechanic who still likes his/her work. He could have charged me more but he didn't. I told him he could have nailed me. He said he wouldn't do that. I'm excited for my next 'project' with Martin.
