This is about the 3rd or 4th time Chris has come to our home to fix our cars. He's always on time and provides a great explanation of what is wrong and what he'll do to fix the issue. Manuel was awesome! Arrived on time, went right to work and stayed busy until the job was complete. He showed me the used parts and outlined the repair. He offered suggestions on other items my car needed but did not pressure me to get them fixed right away.
