Christopher was prompt, explained everything that needed to be done and after performing other inspections, not only did he recommend services, he also took the time to show me personally. He was polite, efficient, and took extra great car of my car while he worked on it. I also liked that he showed me the part he took out and showed it to me, along with the new one. One thing I always worry about when taking my car to a shop for repairs is that they almost never show you what needs to be repaired, the only tell you what needs to be done, the cost, and try to pressure-sell you to pay. Since Chris let me see his additional repair recommendations, it made me comfortable knowing that those services are needed!
