He ran a little late, but immediately communicated with me to let me know when to expect him. He arrived, greeted me, did his inspection and got right to work. His work was flawless, as I took a drive around the beltway earlier this evening and felt the difference in my car's performance. He also noticed another item needing repair (which I knew about). He offered to repair it, and got me scheduled. I really appreciated his communication, professionalism. I usually do my own repairs, but some things should be done by certified pros; and I am glad Rick took care of me.
