This was my second time using Joel from Your Mechanic. For Joel, time is money so he quickly got started replacing both belts. He finished within 40 minutes and then took time to diagnose why my engine light was on. It turned out to be a simple fix, reset the gas cap. If you are considering using Your Mechanic, I highly recommend their service and especially Joel.

He showed up on time and went above and beyond to diagnose the issue with my car. Figured out the issue that was causing the car to keep from running. Would definitely use him again.

As always, Joel did a great job in diagnosing the issue with my car and fully explaining in detail what would be needed in order to correct. He assisted me with setting up a subsequent appointment in order to have it fixed and also provided me with a quote for a 2nd question I had unrelated to what I called him for. Very professional, and prompt.

Joel has worked on my vehicle a few times before. He does an incredible job in explaining exactly what is going on with my vehicle when things go wrong. My wife and I are both very pleased with his performance.

To be fair, he did not arrive to the appointment until about 45 minutes after the appointment time (appointment was at 8am, he showed up around 8:45am). Even in light of this, I have no hesitation in recommending Joel to anyone else looking for a mechanic. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and got the job done quickly. I am certainly looking forward to my next appointment with him.

Joel promptly arrived at the appointed time. He was tasked with performing 5 maintenace services. He promptly completed the five tasks. In addition, he diagnosed another issue that I was going to achedule an inspection for, saving me the cost of the inspection. I had a good experience using Joel.
