As always, Joel did a great job in diagnosing the issue with my car and fully explaining in detail what would be needed in order to correct. He assisted me with setting up a subsequent appointment in order to have it fixed and also provided me with a quote for a 2nd question I had unrelated to what I called him for. Very professional, and prompt.

This was my second time using Joel from Your Mechanic. For Joel, time is money so he quickly got started replacing both belts. He finished within 40 minutes and then took time to diagnose why my engine light was on. It turned out to be a simple fix, reset the gas cap. If you are considering using Your Mechanic, I highly recommend their service and especially Joel.

Joel was very friendly and knowledgeable! Unfortunately my car could not be fixed right away, but I received the next available appointment and a very budget friendly quote on the work that needed to be done!

Joel is AWESOME! He has worked on my car a few times now. Each time he has been on time, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and discusses with you what he's going to do to the car. He gets to work very quickly and always finishes in a timely manner. He's very knowledgeable and I have confidence in him when he fixes my car. It's hard to find an honest mechanic that you can trust and I can truly say that I have found that in Joel. I know 100% that what he tells me is what I need to do to my car. I was concerned on this last visit, that my car was going to cost more than what I had originally planned. Joel actually save me money on this job! I have nothing but good things to say about Joel.
