Dealing with Joel was. pleasant experience. I was notified at least twenty minutes prior that he was on his way for our appointment. He arrived on time. Was very cordial and immediately started working on my vehicle. When finished he explained what work he performed and wasn’t able to perform in an understandable way. If asked by others I will/would recommend that they have their vehicle(s) serviced by him or your organization.

Being a single female, I have had my share of mechanics being dishonest . Harold is the most impressive/ honest mechanic I have met. It was obvious he cared a great deal about repairing my car correctly .He took his time , made recommendations,explained what he was doing and why . He answered every question I had ( a lot)! I am sure he was there at least an hour longer than he would of been, had I not had so many questions! Even gave me tips on how to post my car for sale and sights to research what my asking price should be. He invited my on the test drive he did at the end and explained what still needed fixed and why. I would not ever consider any other mechanic.
