My engine light was still on when I took a drive after Alan left..otherwise I would have given him a 5 star rating. I could immediately tell the difference in my startup, and acceleration. Renewed power..other than the check engine light being on I am very happy. I would like to have it further checked out to see what the problem is, because I was under the assumption that the repairs today would cut the light off..

In regards to repairs, he did a wonderful job and it didn't take him a long time. However, the reason why I gave him 3 stars is because my appointment was originally scheduled for last Wednesday at 5pm (I scheduled this time on the website) and he ended up calling me around 3:15 asking me if I was home because he was on his way. I had scheduled an early leave time from work at 4:15 so I wouldn't have been able to leave any earlier because I had already been approved for a 4:15 departure. He told me that he wouldn't be able to come out at 5 although the scheduled time of 5 had already been approved by MyMechanic.com. So I scheduled another time for today at 4pm. Thankfully I had given my team lead at my job a heads-up that I would be working from home on this day, being that I had a few errands to run for my son's upcoming graduation. Glenn texts me at 9:23AM asking me if he could come out. I was pretty much over the sudden schedule changes and thankfully I didn't have to arrive at my son's school until 11am. I approved his arrival time (although I was angry because I hadn't planned for him to arrive so early) and he did arrive when he said he would, THIS TIME. Overall, the repairs get a 5 but the customer service gets a 2.

very helpful I was upset at first because the other mechanic said I needed a serpentine belt but charged me for the Drive belt I thought I had paid for both found out I didn't but it was not Matthew's fault
