Tom is great. My car not so much. My Subaru Outback has been draining batteries ever since I got it back in 2016. Felt bad that Tom had to replace it twice because of the YourMechanic warranty. Good for me, but a loss for them. And then he spent his time informing me that Subaru had a known issue with batteries. I mostly tried these guys because my car wouldn't start, and towing is such a pain (and cost).
