My father met him before I did and told me, "There is a nice guy outside. Says he's here to fix your car." This was my first impression of Milenko and of YourMechanic in general. When I came outside I shook his hand and talked a little bit about the car. He briefed me on what he would do and the equipment he brought with him, and promptly got to work! After the work was completed, within the time allotted, he had the old parts that were removed laid out nice and neat on the ground to show me exactly what was wrong or, in my case, what could be better. My cars valves were old! He then brought me over to the engine of my car to show me proof of the repair. Whipped out his phone and turned on the light to show me the blue lining that indicated the repair had been done. -Something I've never seen in a mechanic before. The transaction was smooth and I didn't pay a dime until the work was done. He used his phone to walk me through the confirmation process, making sure I had view of his phone at all times so "I knew nothing fishy was going on". That makes sense because I can imagine people being skeptical of someone having your card number. Rest assured, they don't actually have any more view of your card number than the last 4 digits, and he made that known as well. Very trustworthy individual.
