He was very nice, professional, explained what I needed and didn't need (which made my total less and I appreciate that he didn't charge me for something I didn't need). Being on time is everything to me and Damian Johnson showed up a little before 8:00 am for our scheduled 8:00 am appointment. He was very courteous, professional and positioned himself to get ready for work right away. When the work was completed I planned to speak with him concerning my strut assembly. However, Damian beat me to the punch by explaining the struts should have lasted for more than a year and were probably defective. I will be using him to keep my car in good running condition because he is knowledgeable, has the experience I require and has a great work ethic. My co-workers observed how efficient he was and asked for the website so they could request his services.

Jerome did the best he could with very little information. He was asked to diagnose a vehicle that wouldn't start. His conclusion was that it needed to be sent to the dealership for closer examination. In reality, it just needed a new alternator, a problem common for vehicles that won't start. Jerome's diagnosis set-off a series of errands and phone calls which were all unnecessary, and very frustrating. I'm providing three stars, because he had very little information to go by, but in the end, it was a very frustrating experience.
