Was very personable. Called me an hour before our appointment to let me know he was running 45 minutes late due to unseen problems in his earlier appointments. Explained to me what he was doing while changing my brakes pads and rotors. Would highly recommend.

Jerome was great - I learned he's actually a supervisor with the maintenance team for the local transit agency, so he knows his stuff. We chatted the day before he came to review everything that he was going to do for my car. Throughout the process, Jerome answered my questions, was flexible when my apartment building threw us a couple curveballs on where he could and couldn't work, and he left the place cleaner than when he found it. Jerome did a brake flush, automatic transmission flush, and replaced my brake pads and rotors. The Honda dealership said that I needed a new serpentine belt and some suspension parts; Jerome brought those parts for our appointment, and then showed me the new parts vs the old parts on the car - the parts in question were in fine shape and didn't need to be replaced, so he actually saved me some money. Jerome is friendly and knowledgeable, and I would be glad to work with him again.

Despite Jerome's arriving at my home a bit latte, he more than compensated with courtesy, expertise and deliberateness in applying his craft on my car in a busy apartment building garage. He did all of the needed preventive maintenance and addressed all of my concerns. It is great having a skilled mechanic come to my place rather than having to schlep my car to a service station.

Jerome performed the fasted oil change I've ever had, scheduled or walk-in, and came to my house to do it, no less! I was thrilled and can't stop telling people about the great service. He was friendly and personable.

Jerome was a very personable and knowledgeable mechanic. I enjoyed his ability to talk me through his process as he was doing the work. He showed up on time and handled business accordingly. I also had questions on some other slight issues I was noticing and he gave me advice on how to get it fixed and told me what was necessary to get done sooner than later. Jerome was friendly, courteous and professional even while I "helped" by providing my own "expert advice". In all, I was pleasantly impressed with the whole process. I would recommend Jerome and YourMechanic to anyone.

Jerome did the best he could with very little information. He was asked to diagnose a vehicle that wouldn't start. His conclusion was that it needed to be sent to the dealership for closer examination. In reality, it just needed a new alternator, a problem common for vehicles that won't start. Jerome's diagnosis set-off a series of errands and phone calls which were all unnecessary, and very frustrating. I'm providing three stars, because he had very little information to go by, but in the end, it was a very frustrating experience.

Jerome was great! He checked the brakes and quickly diagnosed that one of the brake lines had rusted as the car had not been driven for a number of months. He then described some of the issues and problems installing new brake lines. I am waiting for the repair estimate and will set an appointment with him to complete the work.

Jerome is a very knowledgeable mechanic. He is courteous and diagnosed the problem correctly regarding my headlight being out. He also replace the air filter. I will definitely request his services again.
