He was very nice, professional, explained what I needed and didn't need (which made my total less and I appreciate that he didn't charge me for something I didn't need). He pointed things out that I should look out for when I explained that it was first car; something he probably didn't have to do. If I need services in the future, I hope I get him again.

Simon listened to my concerns and addressed them and told me what I needed. Great service and nice person. Did not replace part that I thought I needed and told me what was REALLY wrong with my car instead of lying.
