Jermaine Lewis was outstanding. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and did a great job. I had to communicate with him before the job, and to say that the communication was good is an understatement. He responded to the message I typed into this website in about 60 seconds. He came to my house in the evening, so I didn't have to take time off from work. It saved me an unpleasant trip to the dealer, which would have probably taken up most of my Saturday. I also saved a significant amount of money. It's worth noting that changing a headlight bulb on a Miata is a lot harder than it sounds. I thought I might try it myself, but abandoned that idea quickly when an internet search revealed that it was "challenging" and "frustrating." Jermaine had no difficulties at all. Great mechanic!

I feel very fortunate to have a technician like Jermaine taking care of my my car, who is professional, efficient and honest. I scheduled an alternator replacement. He identified the real problem is the broken battery witch was still under the warranty. Instead of changing alternator, he helped me claiming the battery warranty, and didn't charge anything for showing up. I really appreciate his professional integrity.
