Phieford arrived about fifteen minutes before the scheduled appointment (I guess it helps being the first customer of the day), and he quickly did the replacement. Was able to have inquire about other available services and he gave me a quote that was pretty competitive when compared to the "brick and mortar" shops. Will consider using him again for further services when it arises!

I needed my window motor & regulator replaced, and Phil did a fantastic job! Not only did he do the repair, but he filled me in on the inspection and other repairs I needed and why. Phil came to check on the problem created by Andrew. He was courteous and tried to explain things properly. He seems like a competent person, who knows what he is doing and spent the time needed to inspect the problem. Did not get any work done from him, just inspection, so cannot comment on how good he is. Taking one star off for indicating that replacing the cabin air filter was complicated, when all that was needed was to press the hatch and insert the filter.

I am extremely frustrated with the service that received with this company; however, if they can fix my car TODAY I may consider referring them to another person. I thought that I scheduled an appointment to get my oil pan gaskets repaired, but instead a valve gasket repair was scheduled. The mechanic clearly explained that to repair the oil pan gasket would require more time and he only had 1.5 hours scheduled for my appointment. He assured me that the work could be completed the following day (strong possibility). Today he has car troubles of his own was not make it by the designated time. I am still awaiting repairs to my car.

Phil Nash is officially a rockstar mechanic!! He is not only very knowledgeable regarding the subject of cars, but he is also professional and kind. Considering the fact it has taken almost 5-days for "Your Mechanic" to address my initial problem and my car is still not repaired (due to other more complicated issues)... Phil put on his "professional/ patient cap" and gave me clear step-by-step directions on how to properly address my problem. Another wonderful job!! Had a little difficulty with the start of the fuel pump job, but he let me know what the problem was - it was my Jeep, not Phil - and handled it like the pro he is. He also alerted me to other issues and was very honest about the condition of my car, and what was or wasn't feasable. Would trust him with my vehicles wholeheartedly.

I really like the idea of this service and the convenience is great! He replaced my back brakes and so far they seem good. They are a little squeaky but I believe that is because they used ceramic plates. The mechanic was very pleasant and quick! However, the mechanic stated that I needed to have my front brakes done as well because "they were really bad". My front brakes had been replaced (pads & rotors) less than three months ago. I didn't say anything to the mechanic (and did not have my front brakes replaced) but I did take my car to repair place where the front brakes had been put on. They showed me the brakes and there was nothing wrong with them. I am unsure why the mechanic would tell me to replace my front brakes when they did not need to be replaced. So that makes me wary of using this service again. I'm not sure if this is something YourMechanic recommends that their mechanics do but it really wasn't cool.
