Unfortunately my expectation was not met. His diagnosis could not detect the problem I have. When the transmission is changing from first to second gear it makes noise. I diagnosed it at two shops and the code that came up was P0776. This is what I wanted William to fix for me but unfortunately his machine couldn’t detect it. With the catalytic converter code, I knew about it because Sports Honda of Silver Spring had diagnosed it. I believe since my problem was not detected a refund should be issued to me.
