Nick arrived at least fifteen minutes bedore the appointment!Whuch i thought was fantastic ! The windshield wiper module did not need to be replaced just tightened. He did the inspection ,reseted my oil light on the dash board and informed me that my vehicle is in good shape! Unfortunately my expectation was not met. His diagnosis could not detect the problem I have. When the transmission is changing from first to second gear it makes noise. I diagnosed it at two shops and the code that came up was P0776. This is what I wanted William to fix for me but unfortunately his machine couldn’t detect it. With the catalytic converter code, I knew about it because Sports Honda of Silver Spring had diagnosed it. I believe since my problem was not detected a refund should be issued to me.
