I have been a mechanic for over 20 years. I Served 4 years in the United States Marine Corps as a heavy equipment/ auto mechanic. I am currently the maintenance manager/ mechanic in automotive shop. I am well diversed in the mechanical field.

Dallas arrived on time; I’m a person who takes time seriously. He introduced himself and I handed him the car keys. Dallas went diagnosed the problem and demonstrated to me, the problem at hand. On the night prior, Dallas called me and inquired information about the vehicle. Our conversation showed me, that this is a mechanic who wants to find out the issue with the car, and possibly pre- determine a diagnosis.

Dallas is very knowledgeable about the mechanics of a vehicle...friendly...professional...goes above and beyond and what I like most is that when you send a message to him....you get a response back at a reasonable time even if it had nothing to do with what he is working on. He answers general questions about the workings of a vehicle so you can have knowledge of it and the concerns you might have about it.
