Jerome was excellent. He arrived on time and started his inspection of the right away. Before starting the inspection, he asked questions about how the car was behaving then began to systematically check for the root cause(s( of the problem. Once he identified the problems, he explained the likely causes and what needed to be done to fix them. He finished on time, made recommendations, and provided me with cost estimates for the needed repairs. Jerome was very pleasant and knowledgeable which assured me that my car was being properly inspected and the results would be accurate.

My usual mechanic decided to go on holiday. (He has his own shop, so he can do that.) So, I decided to use the service of my mechanic. Mr. Kwante arrived early, so we talked about my vehicle's performance, service I needed, and expectations from the service. After performing his magic, my vehicle performed just as discussed earlier. (With a little acceration, I could feel the difference in my vehicle's throttle.) I greatly appreciate the work performed by Mr. Kwante. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and the reasoning behind it, and made very practical recommendations. Everything at every step of the way was well document with photos and notes, so that it was easy for me to know what needed to be done moving forward. It's clear that Alvin is motivated by a sincere desire to help others, which can't be said for others who've worked on my car in the past. I trust his judgement with regard to my vehicle, implicitly.
