I greatly enjoyed having Clarissa as my mechanic! She was very punctual, knowledgeable, professional and personable. I could tell she was passionate about her job which is always a great thing. She took the time to walk me through all the steps she was taking and provided me with knowledge about the different parts that were being inspected. Desmond was on time (punctual) and polite. He was completely professional at what he does. I only had a diagnosis or inspection done but he did everything right. Highly recommend him if you choose YourMechanic.com!! On another note I wasn't completely satisfied with the outrageous prices the company charges to do repairs even if they are simple spark plug jobs but that is not Desmond's fault. Highly recommend getting a second opinion first from another certified work shop before using this company. Other than that Desmond was great!!
