I enjoyed his thrill to get the job done at no cost. This appointment dealt with weather imperfections and understanding. As a first time user of this service, I was astonished by the professionalism embodied in their employees. Granted yes there may have been unforseen hiccups to never be deterred away from the ultimate goal. Desmond was always upfront and very communicative with the process. He is very efficient in his work and I can see he takes pride in it as well. It helps when you have a cute mechanic that takes pride in his work. I give him five stars and would recommend him and the service to anyone needing service.

Was late to my appointment. Seems like he just got a late start. Although he stated that there was some sort of mix up with parts. Either way I had to wait. He did seem to do a good job as far as the oil change I received
