We were very blessed to have Clarissa as our mechanic. She was everything that I would have hoped for in a professional that would service our vehicle. She was early, kind, and knew her stuff! She answered all of my questions and was never bothered with the interruptions of our family. Clarissa was great with our kiddos. She also went the extra (two!) miles when things out of her control took longer than expected, all with a great attitude. We hope to see her again, even outside of fixing our cars! Leslie was on time for the appointment and actually arrived early and contacted me upon his arrival. He asked me questions specific to the issues and began working on the inspection. Upon completion, he explained the obvious and potential repair issues that will help my husband and I move forward with scheduling repairs. Improperly diagnosed the issue with my vehicle. Stated that the road noise that I was hearing from my car was my tires. Turns out with a second opinion it is my differential. Also could not tell whether I had a four wheel drive or all wheel drive vehicle. Lastly he was late for the appointment.
