I greatly enjoyed having Clarissa as my mechanic! She was very punctual, knowledgeable, professional and personable. I could tell she was passionate about her job which is always a great thing. Leslie is an excellent technician. He called ahead of time to let me know he would be coming early which I really appreciated. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, explaining what he would be doing to come to a resolution of the problem. He is pleasant and courteous and I felt I could trust him completely. Improperly diagnosed the issue with my vehicle. Stated that the road noise that I was hearing from my car was my tires. Turns out with a second opinion it is my differential. Also could not tell whether I had a four wheel drive or all wheel drive vehicle. Lastly he was late for the appointment.
