Love, love, LOVE the fact that I didn't need to take the time off from work to take my car somewhere to have it serviced. Alfred, my mechanic, was as courteous as courteous could be. He was promptly on time, as scheduled. After the work was completed he came back in to my office and told me how good of condition my car was in (yay!) and explained what I should probably have serviced next, WITHOUT trying to upsell anything, as they do at all car dealerships. Will use "Your Mechanic" again!

showed up late, had to leave to get more oil, did not return for over 60 minutes. I had to caal just to find out if he was coming back

Alfred arrived on time, he had researched the project was KNOWLEDGEABLE and brought all the necessary Specialty tools required. He was professional,clean,and personal. When I have another repair need I will request him.

Quirky start, was rescheduled twice. Zoey in customer service was very professional on the phone with me. I expressed my irritation with the additional cost to my service quote. As a loyal employee should, she backed the companies reasons for the increase. Still not satisfied with her answers I asked her to see what management could do for me. Came back on the phone and said they would honor the original quote. Thanked me for my patience several times, and said Al would be out next day. Al arrived ahead of promised time, was professional, personable, and did a great job! As an owner of a Service Company I understand that things aren't always going to go as planned. It's how your people respond. Zoey is a keeper. Great customer service skills. Al is a great field tech. Wish this company all the best as they grow. Got their priorities right. Like I tell me employees. "We fix the customer"!!!

I could not be more satisfied with the service Alfred provided. He was on time, friendly and professional. Most importantly, he diagnosed and fixed our overheating problem for substantially less than what we were quoted by a repair shop. I have already recommended him and YourMechanic to my son.
