A real nice experience since this is the first time a mechanic shows up to my place instead of me gong to a shop, Chris was here on right on time and its neat that during the day I would get alerts in my cell phone I thought that was a plus having the reminders that Chris was on his way. I also liked that he answer some of the concern I had for the oil change he was about to perform. Arturo was very helpful when it came to helping with my pre-purchase inspection. He checked the engine, spotted all the minor issues with the car, and performed code checks to make sure the dealership wasn't hiding codes. He also inspected the exterior, interior, brakes and found other minor issues that allowed me to get a better deal on the purchase. He also participated in a test drive to ensure there was nothing wrong with how the car drives. He was also very kind, customer service was solid and he made sure to let me know if there was anything fishy about buying a used car. The car ended up being the perfect fit for me, and I left very happy.
