He accommodated my request for an earlier appt he talked me through the process, reading computer read out to me as he went. He commented on every aspect of each point of inspection. Very professional and helpful with the diagnosis of the car. Pete was on time and helped me figure out the issues pretty quickly . I’m just really disappointed that I have to pay so much for a service/ diagnosis, and the company cannot actually help me fix the issue. I’ll never use this company again. I would have taken my car straight to a mechanic if I knew this from the start.
