Chris went above and beyond! I had been struggling to get my car to start as it had been idle for a while and I tried jumping it, etc. without any luck. Chris was able to diagnose quickly and verify that the battery was completely dead and need to be replaced. He installed the new one in no time and got my vehicle up to great condition. LIFESAVER! My starter gave out on Christmas Eve and I called with the assumption that the next available appointment would be weeks out; however, they told me they had availability only two days after on the 26th at 7AM. Chris came right on time with proper notice and quoted me about an hour. Service took a little less and my car was running smoothly immediately after he swapped out my starter. He was honest and transparent about future services and even offered to do them on the spot. Afterwards, I received a detailed text that outlined all possible repairs that could be made.

Alfred was great. The booking agents at yourmechanic.com left a lot to be desired. My original appointment was cancelled. I rebooked, received a blank statement about my appt. and made arrangements to be home for the appt. The appt. time came and went and I never received a phone call. Then I was on the phone with yourmechanic.com for about 30 minutes in order to get them to drop the $25 missed appt. charge despite the fact that I was home with the car and the mechanic never went to the door or called me. Long story short I liked the mechanic, did not like how yourmechanic.com treated their customer.

Jonathan arrived on time & got right to work. He wore a mask due to COVID. He finished in an hour & started the car to make sure it ran well. He also told me I needed an oil change and he cleaned up after himself! All wonderful!!
